Sai oua refers to the grilled pork sausage well-known in northern Thailand and northeastern Burma. It’s manufactured with minced pork, herbs, spices, and a purple curry paste often known as kaeng khua.We had pla pao at Khlong Lat Mayom floating marketplace in Bangkok. Based on our tour guide, it’s a common floating marketplace dish in Thailand.
